So....STP is Cheaper than CS. STP is where my money would go, even though I love both bands.

I can't wait until next year when we have the Casino in Moncton so we dont' miss out on these mid-size shows. The new amphitheatre will be able to expand to 2000 seats, more then enough to see Collective Soul. Because they don't have a large enough following to fill the Coliseum especially during such a crowded concert scene in the Maritimes.

This would have been a great year to have the casino up and running especially around the time of the Bon Jovi and AC/DC shows. I read awhile back in the Times-Transcript that the casino was going to pair with a booking company and aim to bring 50-60 shows/events a year.

If manson cancels I might stay in Halifax a few days extra since this concert and Megadeth/Machine Head/Slayer dates are so close together,Collective soul has never really wowed me that much and if the date had a larger gap from the other concert,I probably wouldn't go

I find it weird that it's "Reserved Seating". Those shows are usually best enjoyed on a "General Admission" plan. I guess there is not a lot of "General Admission" venue that can accomadate 2-3000 peoples. It would be cool if the new casino could "remove" the seats, and change it into a "General Admission" venue. Kinda like "Le National" here.

Well, there is the Cunard Centre in Halifax which is set-up for GA shows. There is also the Forum.

In Moncton, they have been using Exhibition Hall C in the Moncton Coliseum for GA shows.

Yeah, but imagine having a real concert hall, that doesn't need to shared his schedule with hockey, and can hold at least 2500 "General Admission", or 1500 seated.

This would be the 3rd or 4th time i'd miss these guys..talk about bad bad timing

I'm REALLY disappointed i'm going to miss this show. Collective Soul are probably my 3rd favorite band (behind The Hip & Pearl Jam), and i've only had the chance to see them live the once (last summer at the Festival of Lights with The Hip). I would of loved to have seen them at the casino!

I won tickets for this from Collective Soul on Twitter, looking forward to seeing them. I've never been to a reserved seating event at the casino.

It'll be a good weekend with them on Friday and Grady on Saturday!
