Back to the real point.... What is going to be included this show in VIP tickets as tickets do go on sale Friday?

Free booze and free mussels I am in.

--------------------------------------------------

They way to fully enjoy VIP is to bring a 1.5 liter bottle of water and some zip lock bags. Lounge in the afternoon drinking and eating for free listening to the sub par early openers, then go and get enough free beer to fill your 1.5l water bottle and some free burgers in some zip lock bags and head to the front with the ignorant, antagonistic, narrow minded boneheads like me.

sounds like a plan, I'll see you there. peace.

I am the first one to agree, if you want to be VIP go ahead. I am saying when they don't sit you on a throne and give you their first born for the price of the ticket (which sounds like what some people want) don't complain. I could buy VIP if I wanted to, I do choose not to because it isn't worth it, when I go to a show I want to get close, I don't mind laying in the sun on the ground, and I am not a special needs fan. You can have fun in VIP as well, but what is unacceptable is people complaining that there wasn't enough perks. You know what the perks are BEFORE you buy the VIP tickets, and if you don't you should wait or not complain about it.

As far as the name calling, that is totally unnecessary, this is a message board dude, a friendly message board. I am entitled to my opinion, as you are to yours, just because we don't agree there is no need to come in here swearing and name calling.

Parrot and Gunners - I am anything but angry at your wealth. Like I said if you want to pay for it do it, but don't be upset if everything doesn't go your way. Its a concert not a banquet dinner.

As far as I am concerned I brought up some valid points in my post and to be honest I would be surprised if more people don't agree.

If you seriously think people wouldn't take advantage of handicap seats take a look at every jerk that steals their parking spot and multiply that by 50.

name calling started with you, i believe you said "too lazy" or "too good", youre funny.
i dont expect a throne with my VIP but i know what other VIP at other concerts have entitled me too, and those werent VIP seats. I paid for it , and i paid for my happiness or unhappiness and thats all i gotta say unless i am provoked more.

I agree with Labrador.....you wrote :

"It means you are too lazy to stand all day and/or are too good to sit in the dirt so you go VIP."

I am neither lazy, nor "too good" and I am seriously not wealthy...

Fukk are you dumb???? What I said was the following:

Quote:
if you want to go GA's ---then go....otherwise mind your own fukking business and let the VIP ticket holders decide if their money is being spent on "special treatment"

Earned the right??? If by earned the right you mean earned the money to buy VIP tickets than yes.... you did earn the right, congratulations... But if by earned the right you mean earned the right to stand right at the front of the stage you are grossly mistaken. Just so happens VIP at these outdoor shows stands for Very Incompetent Person. It means you are too lazy to stand all day and/or are too good to sit in the dirt so you go VIP. But just because you paid $300 dollars to our $100 doesn't give you the right to anything other than a clean place to sit and more expensive urine to stand in while you wait to go to the bathroom.

but that's not how your comment was read, that's the point that other are trying to make to you. It read to me and I'm not an over sensitive person that I was wrong in spending additional money to get the seat. You think that anyone who buys one of these seats is "incompetent, lazy and too good for others". Whatever golden treatment you were speaking of...that meaning was lost on me once you threw the first statements out there. By making a blanket statement and painting everyone with a negative brush when you don't know their individual situations or needs is misinformed and ignorant. By the way, I called you as ignorant as shit..not an ignorant shit. But I guess I don't really mind being called incompetent and lazy.

Anyways, at the end of the day it's a concert. For my own personal reasons I need a seat. I don't give a shit about the quality of booze or food I'll be served. That doesn't fit into my equation. I hope everybody goes and has an amazing time. You buy the ticket you want and need, I'll buy the one I want and we'll leave it at that. VIP is a stupid term anyways, it should just be called reserved seating. The other "perks" can be listed as additionals.

and on top of that what I said wasn't about every single person who gets a vip ticket, it was about those who sit and complain when they aren't given this special golden treatment that they "earned". It was meant to those few here who think they are golden gods with wads of cash.

Seriously man...you have to got chill the fukk out...its a rock concert....go buy your ticket and have some fun.....but most of all - enjoy yourself...
If you do not want to buy a VIP ticket...then why are you posting on this thread arguing with those who might want to buy a VIP ticket???
