Not really a Bon Jovi fan anymore but was huge into them in the 80s. Richie is a severely underrated guitarist. Kind of weird that all the hoopla was about them opening the Meadowlands in NJ but maybe extra publicity for the new album and tour.

Anyway, it's still cool: 2 dates in Montreal, and a big gap after the 2 shows at the new stadium before going to the west coast. Even tough I don't think the city will try to book them again.

Friday and Saturday night in Montreal and a Saturday in Boston. Might make a trip out of that.

The show he gave last summer was really good..but I really wouldn't mind seeing the band at some inside venue..looks like the maritimes are out,ah well I'm not going to complain lots of shows headed our way

KissNo1- I think the only person besides you who is more defensive about Nickelback is Chad Kroeger himself.

He keeps claiming that his kids like them but he's gotta be a bigger fan than he lets on. He'd have to be to get so worked up over a statement about them on a messageboard. A wiseman once said - "it's just a message board, no big deal". I haven't been here long but I haven't seen anyone make fun of anyone for being a Nickelback fan yet, maybe if it was the Jonas Bros or Hannah Montana.

I wasn't really worked up, just having a little fun, yes my kids like Nickelback & so do I. Saw them last time & they put on a great show. Hope they return to Moncton.

Nickelback are ok....there last album was pretty good...

For some strange reason- they remind me of a Canadian version of Def Leppard......with the exception that there music is not quite as good as Def Leppard. IMO...lol

I have always liked Nickelback & I think it is pretty funny how people either like them or completely hate them! Reminds me alot of KISS. It makes me wonder though why they never returned to Moncton, the last show did so well.
