| Ocean 100 in Charlottetown did an April Fools thing like that today, my sister said she heard them announce on there that the big show in Charlottetown was Hank Williams, a CCR Tribute band, and Brian something (she couldn't remember his last name). At least i assume/hope it was an April Fool's joke.

| when i called the q today she saiid they actually jumped the gun , or had to, it was the eagles concert

Forgive me, cause I'm quite confident it's just me being dense, but I'm not sure what you meant?
That their announcement this morning was just for the Eagles?

my understanding is
No announcement today, it was the eagles announcement yesterday, i know i was confused but there was no announcement today, monday they announced the eagles.
I'm sorry its not my fault its confusing, lol, i am confused too.

| Elton is back on the east coast playing New Jersey in late July so it might not be out of the question coming up this way to play a few shows. The NJ show is with his band. I'll go to see him regardless but having the whole show would be fantastic.

| My buddy was telling me that he's on for the Elton show(s). He's doing Moncton and Halifax, so looks like a sure thing and is supposed to be announced really really soon. I think we all knew the rumor was likely true, but nice to hear that the news is coming soon.

Hey everyone, we hear the same rumours about EJ here too and that it's coming down maybe THIS week!! I've been told Moncton and Halifax and sometime in September!!
Elton John has been updated in "Severe" on our Concerts Advisory page.

Looking at the man's schedule, there's a 2 month break between Aug 2nd and Oct 22nd at his Las Vegas shows.

Hahah. Yes. I think this is one of the worst kept secrets. Like I said, my buddy is booked for Moncton, Halifax in Sept (I thought mid, though I'll have to check that out).

| True enough on the worst kept secret part, much like the Eagles. It'll be next week before we do the announcement since we don't have all of the details yet and usually the Promoter tells us days ahead of the release.
