Did management forgo the camera rule and allow fans to take pics? |
mostly he signed cd's, dvd's, and posters/pics and a few guitars and other pieces of Zakk Wylde signature series equipment that were bought.
I was the second in line and got him to sign an original No Rest For The Wicked alubm that was in mint condition.
So from what I hear I should have stuck around longer. Did he give the guitars away to kids like in Saskatoon or was it just random fans of about any age that came for an autograph? |
funny...that's what i got signed too!
a vinyl of Ozzy's No Rest For The Wicked, great shape....can't believe we got to meet, and actually talk with, one of the greatest guitarists of all time
i never would have thought back when i started listening to Ozzy and BLS that i would actually end up meeting Zakk
i told him he and Neil Young were my favorite guitarists and he said that Neil was the greatest and everything
hands down the most memorable day of my life!
thanks Zakk!

MusicStop BLOWS!!!!!!
i go to musicstop here in halifax at 8 30, theres a linup but its not too bad, 25 people, so the wait begins. 10 00 am the store opens or not cause no is going in but they are open just not letting anyone in, which is what someone had said to me an hour earlier... that they wouldnt let anyone in til 2 30, f**k that. So i wait, 45 minutes goes by, and they come around saying that they will had out the brace;ets shortly, thats like 10 40 mybe 10 45.
11 30 i left, i couldnt wait anymore, it was horrible, minus 25 and musicstop is too inconsiderate to care about the fact thats its one of the coldest days we've had and they arentorganized or have enough room to handle a crowd of 150 people.
3 hrs for nothing, i hope to enjoy the show, but god knows if staying out in that cold did anything to screw me up over the next few days.
And my god, the people around me were unbelievable, all in a nice way but some were alittle different. And there was this chick barely dressed in anything in the lineup as long as i was and was still there when i left, i know she will feel it over the next few days.
