| With Carver out of the picture, at least in Charlottetown, things can only get better. Believe me, everyone noticed the problems with Carver's show (low stage, etc). Warning, Carver still expected to do show for Summerside.

Hey Everybody!!
Quick Question --> Anyone know why i couldnt use my old username?
CrysMoncton?
Anyways.. Its that time again.. I love it, I feen for it..
Summer concerts!
However, This time, Im not travelling to PEI or NS.
It's gonna be in my city, Wahoo!
The bridge line up last summer to get off PEI was enough to make a person insane!
Im excited about the eagles.. (hopefully)
and also equally as excited to hear about openers..

| I heard there was an effort on the part of Halifax officials to try and steal this show from Moncton. If this really did happen I hope people from the Eagles management told them to pound sand. And here Peter Kelly was after the show was first leaked by the media, suggesting that our Maritime cities should start working together.

| I have said it many times that the cities of Halifax and Moncton should pool their resources and bring big names acts to the Maritimes under a Atlantic Rock Festival banner....perhaps they trade years with a multiday festival or have one city beginning of summer and the other at the end...re Labour day....with pooling of resources and a single mentality...then more acts will follow....

My contact says no Eagles show in Halifax. So, looks like Moncton got it. Hopefully, it does get announced soon.

We've now heard tomorrow or Thursday and it should be the Eagles with special guest Bryan Adams.
Again that's what is being said internally. Will keep ya posted.

| Oh man Tim you better be right! Bryan Adams has been my favorite artist since i was 5 years old, have seen him play arenas many times, but have always wanted to see him live at a outdoor festival type show. Just picked up his brand new cd a couple hours ago!

I hope Tim's right... but, the rumored date was Aug 2 or 3.
Bryan Adams is scheduled to play in Las Vegas that weekend....
Change of date for the Moncton show?

that's what happened for the Ozzy show, remember?
Ozzy moved a show to the end of february to make room for us in january
so it's not so much a big deal
happy to see we're getting a rock concert this year, and not another country one _________________ Neil Young: [After taking a hit off a joint] I'd rather be doing this than be an alcoholic.

| Yeah Adams is playing in Vegas on the 2nd with Rod Stewart, and in Ohio on the 9th (both Saturdays). He doesn't have anything booked for the 3rd (Sunday)...but chances are the Magnetic Hill show will be on a Saturday.
